Hotel Vandivort was named Boutique Hotel of the year in 2015, and Midwest Living Magazine recently recognized it as one of the Top Eleven Boutique Hotels in the Midwest.
Hotel Vandivort is the first centrally-located hotel in the heart of downtown Springfield, Missouri. Although it is now an upscale, independent boutique hotel, the over one-hundred-year-old building was originally a Masonic Temple. This project was a historic tax credit rehabilitation, developed by the McQueary Brothers, that focused on the historical preservation and complete restoration of the building to its former glory. BatesForum successfully navigated the historical jurisdiction requirements set forth for the project, and as part of the thriving revitalization movement in downtown Springfield, Hotel Vandivort is expected to achieve LEED Gold Sustainability Certification.
The four-story, 40,000 square feet hotel features over fifty guest rooms, two high-design meeting and entertainment spaces on the lobby level, and a historic Grand Ballroom on the fourth floor. Vandivort offers a variety of amenities for their guests, among them is a full-service restaurant and bar. Attention to detail and unique elements throughout the hotel set the bar for other boutique hotels in the region. As a result, Hotel Vandivort was named Boutique Hotel of the year in 2015, and Midwest Living Magazine recently recognized it as one of the Top Eleven Boutique Hotels in the Midwest.
